Stan Mentzer
Vice President of Customer Implementation and Quality

Stan Mentzer brings 19+ years of software development, consulting and customer implementation experience to HardMetrics. As Vice President of Implementation and Quality at HardMetrics, Stan is responsible for leading pre- and post-sales support and software quality assurance testing.

Prior to joining HardMetrics, Stan served as CTO and a member of the management team at SoftMetric, Inc. SoftMetric brought to market the industry's first Web-based business process analysis solution for call centers and other high volume business processes. Stan was an integral component of the team that grew SoftMetric from startup to profitability and subsequent acquisition in three short years.

Stan has held numerous executive positions in product development and engineering at Computer Associates, Aston Brooke Software, Market Metrics and PLATINUM technology. As Senior Vice President of Product Development at Platinum technology, Stan managed 14 global Research and Development locations and was responsible for the development of 57 systems and database software products which included the company's top three revenue generating product lines.

Stan received his BA in computer science from Lycoming College, PA.
