Ronn Perkins Vice President of Development
Ronn Perkins has a 20-year proven track record of architecting performance management systems. As HardMetrics' Vice President of Development, Ronn oversees product design and architecture while staying on top of release schedules incorporating ongoing customer feedback for ongoing improvement.
Under Ronn's leadership HardMetrics was able to deliver its first market offering, Call Center Performance Manager. Ronn is part of the pioneering team at HardMetrics responsible for the development of HardMetrics Performance Manager, the industry's very first performance management architecture able to map to any number of disparate data sources without programming.
Ronn joined HardMetrics from divine, inc in October 2003, after divine had acquired Softmetric, where Ronn had been VP of Development. At SoftMetric, Ronn was responsible for the successful launch of the SoftMetric analysis server, a Web-based business process analysis solution that received much industry recognition including "Best of Show" at the 2001 International Call Center Management conference.
Previously, Ronn held development positions at PLATINUM technology and Mapquest. Ronn led the development of the Mapquest NT Server and the Mapquest Components product lines, which took mapping applications to the next level by integrating them into client environments.
Ronn received his BS degree in computer science from Shippensburg University, PA.
