Joe Przybylowski

Joe brings over 17 years of technology and performance management experience to HardMetrics. He is a recognized expert in defining, building and implementing Performance Management solutions for contact centers, business units that utilize contact centers, field services groups and back office areas. Joe spent 11 years in the field as an operations management consultant working with some of the largest worldwide technology, insurance and telecommunications companies. He is widely recognized for his exceptional communication skills and strong analytical abilities, bringing extensive experience in the areas of process optimization, contact center optimization, workforce optimization and workforce management.

Prior to joining HardMetrics, Joe was the Director of Operations at Verint Opus Solutions. He began his career at Lockheed Martin where he was a systems integration engineer in the Satellite Data Systems division.

Joe received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
