Quarterly Optimization Reviews
Each quarter, one of our Metrics Experts meets with you and reviews your recent experiences using HardMetrics.  We help optimize your experience by coaching you on new ways to use the solution, along with educating you on recently added features.  These quarterly optimization reviews helps each and every client ensure they’re receiving the ultimate value from HardMetrics!

Support for Life
HardMetrics guarantees personalized support from a Metrics Experts assigned to you for the life of your contract.  Each client receives a direct telephone line to this Metrics Expert, with no long chains of automated attendants to go through.  Each client also receives a unique support email address to ensure the most rapid response to any questions.  Additionally, HardMetrics’ website has a chat feature, allowing you to get in touch with a Metrics Expert as quickly as possible.
